Our tearoom isn't just somewhere to grab a coffee, cake or pizza. It's also a place to learn. For young people in rural communities, opportunities to get jobs, gain experience and build skills are few and far between. We're creating them here.

Our Staff are learning to work as part of a team, to communicate with customers, handle money, solve problems, prepare food and cope with a busy cafe. They're gaining qualifications, building confidence and getting real experience to put on their CV's. For many of them this is their first experience of work.

As everyone has to start somewhere, we ask that you have patience and understanding with out staff as everyone deserves to be respected well in their place of work.
